Warranty Information (Effective from 10. 04. 2025)

At Glow Seven d.o.o., we take pride in the durability and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why, starting from April 10, 2025, we’re introducing an extended warranty to give you even more confidence in your purchase.

10-Year Warranty – Oven Body

We now offer a 10-year warranty on the outer and inner body of our pizza ovens. These parts are built to last and withstand intense use.
 Please note:
  • Minor deformations or warping of the inner body over time are considered normal due to exposure to high temperatures.
  • Paint discoloration or changes from fire and heat are also expected and not covered as defects.

 

2-Year Warranty – Burners & Accessories

All burners and other accessories come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of product delivery. If you ever experience an issue, we’re here for you. Our team offers 24/7 support—just reach out at info@glowen.si.
To submit a warranty claim, please prepare the following:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Stove serial number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged parts
We guarantee that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or the faulty component at no cost. Spare parts and maintenance are provided within the legally required period in accordance with point 18 of the VP Act.
