TENDERLOIN BEEF STEAK PIZZA SANDWICH

Ingredients:

  • Half of a pizza dough ball
  • basil pesto
  • sliced tenderloin steak
  • baked asparagus
  • 1 piece of burrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for the pizza dough.
  • Roll out the half pizza dough ball on a floured surface to create a flatbread shape.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.
  • Season the sliced tenderloin steak with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Open the half of pizza dough ball and spread the olive oil all over so it doesnt stick when baking, fold it on half and put it in to the oven on your wooden peel
  • Remove the baked pizza dough from the oven open it carefully while still hot
  • Spread the basil pesto evenly on one side of the half
  • Arrange the sliced tenderloin steak on top of the basil pesto.
  • Place the baked asparagus spears on top of the steak.
  • Tear the burrata cheese and place it on the top
  • Season with a little more salt and pepper if desired.
  • Fold the pizza dough over the toppings to create a sandwich shape.
  • Cut the sandwich into smaller portions if desired and serve warm.
  • Enjoy your delicious sandwich made with basil pesto, sliced tenderloin steak, baked asparagus, and burrata cheese!
