  • Dough:
        • 1 pizza dough (you can use store-bought or homemade)
  • Toppings:
        • Tomato sauce
        • Mozzarella cheese
        • Pork neck (sliced or diced)
        • Onions (thinly sliced)
        • Sauerkraut
  • Finishing Touch:
      • Premium pumpkin oil

    Simple Dough Recipe for 5 Dough Balls


    • 480 grams of lukewarm water
    • 750 grams of bread flour
    • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) of active dried yeast (or 10 grams instant dried yeast, or 30 grams fresh yeast)
    • 1 tablespoon (18 grams) of fine sea salt
    • 20 grams of extra-virgin olive oil
    • 100 grams of semolina or rice flour (for dusting)


    Instructions for Dough:

    1. Mixing by Hand:

    • In a large bowl, combine half of the remaining flour with the yeast mixture. Mix well.
    • Add the salt and the rest of the flour. Mix until a dough forms.
    • Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth.
    • Drizzle the bottom of the bowl with olive oil, place the dough back in, and add a bit more olive oil on top.
    2. Using a Stand Mixer:
    • Dump the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer.
    • Turn the mixer on low and mix for 4 minutes or until the dough is well-formed.
    • Drizzle the bottom of a separate bowl with olive oil, place the dough in it, and add more olive oil on top.
    3. Proofing:
    • Cover the bowl with a dishcloth and set it in a warm place (such as the sun) for 20 to 30 minutes or until the dough doubles in size (whichever comes first).
    4. Divide and Shape:
    • Divide the bulk-proofed dough into five 250-gram portions (or four 330-gram portions if you prefer larger balls).
    • Shape each portion into a smooth ball.
    • Brush each ball with olive oil or warm water.
    5. Final Proofing:
    • Cover the balls with a dishcloth and let them rest in a warm place for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they double in size again.

    Instructions for Pizza:

    1. Preheat Your Oven:

    • Preheat your Glowen Raptor or Dragon pizza oven to 450°C (842°F). Measure the temperature at the middle of the stone using a Glowen IR thermometer.
    2. Prepare the Dough:
    • Take the pizza dough out of the Dough Proofing Boxes.
    • Spread it to the desired size, preferably 30cm (12 inches), to create your pizza base. Leave a bit of space around the edges for a nice crust.
    3. Layer the Toppings:
    • Start by adding a generous amount of tomato sauce
    • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
    • Arrange slices or diced pieces of pork neck over the cheese.
    • Scatter thinly sliced onions across the pizza.
    • Finally, add sauerkraut for a tangy twist.
    4. Baking Process:
    • Place the pizza into the preheated oven.
    • Wait a few seconds to allow the bottom of the pizza to warm up.
    • Safely turn the pizza using a pizza peel or spatula.
    • Bake for approximately 30 seconds on each turn, or until the crust turns a beautiful golden brown (avoid blackening).
    5. Final Touch:
    • Once the pizza is baked to perfection, remove it from the oven.
    • Drizzle premium pumpkin oil over the top for an extra layer of flavor.
    6. Serve and Enjoy!:
    • Slice your Prlečka Pizza and savor the unique combination of flavors.
