General Terms 1,000 € Gift Card

  1. Organizer
    The organizer of the giveaway is Glow seven d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Organizer”).
  2. Duration
    The giveaway takes place monthly until the Organizer decides otherwise.
  3. Participation
    All individuals residing in the EU, aged 18 or older, who subscribe to the Glowen newsletter are eligible.
  4. Requirements:
    • successfully submit your email address and your phone number to the mailing list,
    • remain subscribed at the time of the draw.
  5. Winner Selection
    Each month, one active subscriber will be randomly selected to receive a €1,000 voucher for the Glowen online store.
  6. Winner Announcement & Claim
    The winner will be announced in one of Glowen’s monthly emails.
    The winner has 48 hours to reply to the email and confirm acceptance.
    Failure to respond on time transfers the prize to the following month.
  7. Prize Delivery
    The voucher (€1,000) will be delivered within 7 days after confirmation. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. Liability
    The Organizer is not responsible for:
    • incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants,
    • technical issues with registration or email delivery.
  9. Data Protection
    By subscribing, participants agree that the Organizer may process their personal data (name, email) for the purposes of the giveaway and newsletter communication.
  10. Final Provisions
    The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms for legal, technical, or commercial reasons. Changes will be announced on the website and/or via email.
