Shipping policy

When your tracking indicates “label created” or “order information has been transmitted”, it means we have successfully processed your order and it is now with the courier. Once they scan it into their local or central sortation hub, your tracking link will be updated accordingly.

 

Please be aware that this process can take up to 5 business days, and the courier's customer service department may not have any further information until the package has been scanned.
