At Glow Seven d.o.o., we stand behind our products with a standard 2-year warranty. The Glowen Raptor stove is crafted from durable materials, designed for normal use and proper maintenance. Our goal is to provide you with an epic food preparation experience that will impress even the most demanding diners.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, you can make a warranty claim, but an original invoice is required for processing. Our company guarantees that the products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Should any defects be discovered, we will replace the product or the defective part at no charge. We also ensure the maintenance and provision of spare parts for the product within the statutory period (as per point 18 of the VP Act).

To make a warranty claim, we will need:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • Stove serial number
  • Photos of any defective parts

Full terms apply to all warranty claims. Please note that all products are covered by the standard 2-year warranty. The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives their product.
