The Blind Bake Cover is a stainless steel accessory designed for pre-baking pizza dough. Placed directly over the pizza, it protects the top from direct heat so the base can bake first. The result is better control, a more even bake, and a stable pizza base for creative finishing with cold toppings or sweet dessert combinations.
