"My experience with Glowen started with a little disappointment, as my Raptor 2 Hybrid unfortunately arrived damaged. However, Glowen arranged a replacement and even allowed me to use the damaged oven while waiting for the new one, which I really appreciated. The replacement arrived well protected and in good condition. I’ve used the oven with both wood and gas to bake pizza, focaccia and strudel, and I’m very happy with the results. It works beautifully and is much more versatile than just a pizza oven! Things can sometimes go wrong with a delivery, but how a company handles the situation makes all the difference. Thank you, Glowen, for taking care of the problem and for an oven that is such a pleasure to use!"

"Oven is awsome. I baked pizzas and a loto f “peka” style meals like squid and potatos etc. Only reason why i am goving 4/5 is knob to turn on gass fall out after first use, so I had to do DIY lil a bit to have a lever so i can turn on gass."

If there is no spark on your burner, the ignition needle may have been slightly moved — this can happen if it was touched with a turning peel.
No worries. First, remove the burner and gently clean the ignition needle with your fingers. Then carefully move the needle a little closer to the burner.
Try igniting the burner again. If you see a spark, you can continue using your burner normally. If there is still no spark, please contact us at support@glowen.si.

The Glowen Raptor multi-fuel pizza oven can be used with wood, charcoal, or gas, depending on your setup. Its multi-fuel design gives you the flexibility to cook with different fuel types and choose the heat source that suits your style.
Yes. You can switch between wood and gas, but only after the oven has cooled completely. Always allow the oven to cool fully before changing the burner, cleaning, or moving it.
No. The Glowen Raptor multi-fuel pizza oven is designed for outdoor use only. When using gas, do not operate it in enclosed spaces such as tents, vehicles, or enclosed balconies.
Use the gas type approved for your burner and country. Depending on the market, the burner is compatible with butane, propane, or a propane/butane mixture and must be used with an EN16129-compliant regulator. Natural gas is not supported. Before cooking, check all connections with a soap-and-water solution. Never use an open flame to test for leaks. Please note that the gas hose and regulator are not included.
Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the inside with a dry cloth, clean the outside with a damp cloth, and dry it thoroughly. To clean the stone, run the oven at high heat to burn off residue, then brush away any remaining debris. Store the oven in a dry, enclosed place and never use water to cool it.
