"Great oven! Using it mainly for napolitan style Pizza and results are great! I am lifting the oven from the garage outdoors for baking and I have to say, it is really easy to handle. Temperature easily reaches 450 degrees and higher. The only thing that can be improved in my option is the burner: it's hard to reach (on the left back side of the oven). If super windy outside, the flame might get blown out. . . But however, this is complaining at a really high level."
