Perfect your Cooking Skills with Glowen
Whether you prefer using wood for its rich aroma or gas for ultimate consistency, your Raptor oven brings Naples-style pizza straight to your backyard. Every bake is a moment of theatre — flames dancing, dough rising, and your pizza emerging perfectly blistered and irresistibly light.
Use a cast iron pan or grill grate, and let the intense heat do the rest. From thick ribeyes to tomahawks, every steak gets that unmistakable flame-kissed flavor — bold, primal, and absolutely unforgettable.
Set it up, close the door, and let time and heat work together. The result? Tender, fall-apart textures and a depth of flavor that can only come from hours of gentle, consistent heat.
From sourdough to focaccia, or even croissants, the Glowen delivers bakery-quality results every time. Its heat retention mimics a steam-injected bread oven, letting you create artisan loaves with glossy crusts and perfect open crumb structure — right in your own garden.
FAQs
Use the gas type and regulator approved for your country and model. Glowen gas burners are compatible with propane, butane, or a propane/butane mix, not natural gas, and we recommend an EN16129-compliant regulator.
No. Operate the oven outdoors and not in enclosed spaces such as tents, enclosed balconies, or vehicles. The gas cylinder should stay upright and outside, never underneath the oven.
After connecting the hose and regulator, test every joint with soapy water. If bubbles appear, tighten the fittings and test again. Repeat the leak test whenever you disconnect and reconnect the gas system, and never use an open flame to check for leaks.
Use the piezo igniter or a lighter as instructed. If it does not ignite, turn the gas off, wait about 5 minutes, and try again. If the flame goes out during use, reduce the gas, close the valve, wait 5 minutes, and restart.
Let the oven cool completely before moving or cleaning it. Clean the interior with a dry cloth, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry it fully, burn residue off the stone at high heat or brush it off, and store the oven in a dry, covered place. Do not use water to cool the oven.
