Unused Product Returns
We gladly accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of order. You can return the products within 14 days if they are in their original packaging. In this case, you must pay the return postage costs yourself. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
The returned product must meet the following criteria:
- Unused: The product should not have been used.
- Undamaged: It should be free from any damage.
- In its original packaging: The packaging should remain intact.
- Unchanged in quantity: The quantity should match the original purchase.

Please note that the only cost borne by the consumer in connection with contract withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. If the product is damaged, soiled, lacks its original packaging, or shows signs of use, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the goods are returned, if the withdrawal is justified, the trader will transfer the refund to the consumer’s TRR (Transaction Reference Number) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. The provider will refund payments received using the same means of payment as used by the consumer. The provider will withhold the refund until the returned goods have been collected.

How do I make a return?
We can return a product that is unused, in the original packaging, and within 14 days of receipt.

Will there be a cost to my return?
All returns are free within 14 days for any item in the original packaging or any incorrect or faulty items. The cost of delivery must be covered by the customer. The money will be returned in 14 days.
