GLOWEN ACHIEVEMENT - CERAKOTE CERTIFICATION ATTAINMENT

With great pleasure, we announce that our company, Glowen, became certified and qualified in Cerakote on Friday, September 22, 2023. Our production manager, Denis Hanžekovič, recently attended the CERAKOTE training program in Quickborn, Germany.

CERAKOTE® is a professionally applied "OEM" coating not suitable for "DIY" use. PBN Coatings offers the only individual training program for Cerakote in Europe, which Denis attended. The course aims to enhance performance in coating applications.

During the 2-day course, Denis gained invaluable knowledge to improve our paint application on the stove, thereby enhancing its durability. Upon completion of the course, Denis also became a certified Cerakote applicator. He acquired valuable knowledge of proper substrate preparation, various degreasing methods, correct product hanging techniques, coating selection, basic and advanced spraying techniques, deeper application methods, and curing procedures.

The training focused on "Cerakote High Temperature Coating Training." The first half covered theory, while the remainder consisted of practical training. Denis further strengthened his knowledge in metal preparation, gas venting, layering techniques, coating selection, curing time allocation, problem-solving, error correction, and proper equipment.
