It features a carrying surface with small holes, which serve to remove excess flour from the pizza dough, preventing it from burning in the oven. The perforated peel is also lighter and helps prevent the pizza from sticking to the peel. The dimensions are 400 × 760 mm, and it has an anodized aluminium peel with a powder-coated aluminium handle that includes rubber for a comfortable grip.
