There was a situation where one item could not be delivered, and I was immediately offered either a comparable replacement product or a full refund. Everything was handled professionally and without any hassle. Overall, I am very satisfied. I also find the owner to be very authentic and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!"
