Step by Step Instructions

Make the Glaze

  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.
  • Set aside 1 tbsp of the glaze for basting.

Marinate the Fish

  • Pat fish dry, score skin, and rub with marinade (inside if whole).
  • Let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Grill the Fish

  • Preheat your Glowen oven.
  • Grill whole fish 4-5 min/side, fillets 2-3 min/side.
  • Baste with reserved glaze while grilling.

Serve

  • Plate and garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.

  • Jasmine or sticky rice
  • Grilled bok choy or stir-fried vegetables
  • Cucumber salad with rice vinegar and chili
