Appetizer
- For scampi we preheated the pan on full fire an kept cooking on maximum temperature. Maximum colloration and minimum cooking time.

Main course
- For main dish we firstly slowcook the vegetables for heat to penetrate and soften them. We preheated the oven to just 200°C and kept the fire on minimum. If there is too much color and veggies are not soft yet just turn off the flame. You will get the color on the veggies when you add the fish.
- When we add the fish we want fast cooking so we get some crunch on the skin. Almost maximum heat and closed door to really get that grill and oven combo effect.

Dessert
- For the dessert preheat the oven and the pan around 350°C to get the grill marks. If you see that fruit is burning and is not soft just move the pan closer to the entrance of the oven.
