Step by Step Instructions

1
Ingredient Preparation
- We start by preparing the potatoes, since they require more time to cook. Bake them in a cast iron or stainless steel pan.
- For the seasoning, mix: coriander, turmeric, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into your preferred shape and size. Grease the pan with a bit of olive oil, add the potatoes, sprinkle with seasoning, and mix well. Cover the pan with tinfoil so the potatoes cook through before we roast them.

2
Preheating the Oven
- Turn the Glowen Raptor 2 oven on full gas for about 10 minutes, then lower it to a high-medium flame.
- The Glowen Raptor 2 is spacious enough to cook multiple dishes at once.
- Each area of the oven provides a different cooking temperature (explained in the video).
- Now place the bacon in the lower right corner (near the opening) so it can bake slowly until perfectly crispy.

3
Caramelizing the Onions
- Slice the onion and season it with balsamic vinegar and salt. Mix well. Place the onions in the oven near the opening to caramelize slowly on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- While the onions and potatoes are cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes. After about 15 minutes, the potatoes should be fully cooked and the onions well caramelized.
- Uncover the potatoes and stir them before returning them to the oven. Turn the flame to high so they crisp up. During this time, toast the buns, but only on the top side (as shown in the video).

4
Preparing the Meat & Sauce
- Season the ground beef only with salt. Form the meat into balls and smash them into patties before placing them in the oven. While the patties are baking, prepare the buns with sauce.
- When one side of a patty is cooked, take it out, flip it, and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Repeat the process to make 4 patties (2 per burger).
Burger sauce:
Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and finely chopped pickles. Spread the sauce on both the top and bottom halves of each bun.

5
Assembling the Burger
- Assembly order is important:
- Cherry tomato slices
- Caramelized onions
- Lettuce leaves
- Crispy bacon
- Two patties
- Placing the patties last allows the juice to run down through the entire burger, creating the perfect bite.
- Yihaaa! 🍔🔥
